Independent Media, its editors and journalists, stand for and promote media freedom, independence and the right to freedom of expression.
The role of Independent Media’s Group Ombudsman is to receive, consider, investigate and respond to readers’ complaints, comments or concerns. The Group Ombudsman will do this in a prompt and timely manner.
