Saaliegah Zardad is driven and passionate. She is currently a highly motivated Mediator, a seasoned Professional Business & Executive Coach with experience in team coaching. She has created successful partnerships with executives, businesses, and SMMEs to develop and grow their personal and business portfolios. After spending more than a decade in the coaching, mediation & SMME environments, Saaliegah is committed to unlocking individual and business potential and creating ethical value amongst disputing parties.

Saaliegah also has more than 20 years’ general management experience in a range of senior positions across diverse sectors - she’s had a long and productive history in senior/executive management with specific exposure to the energy, transport and government sectors within communications/media/ PR, operations, strategy, HR and general management.

Saaliegah was part of the executive team that successfully promoted a newly emerging democratic SA to the international community via the Olympic Bid, she was part of the historic constitution-making process and performed in various operations, strategy and HR portfolios. She obtained an MBA (UCT 2009), has an internationally accredited Coaching Diploma and is an accredited Mediator – this combined with her working experience has allowed her to establish a thriving coaching/mediation consultancy.

Saaliegah’s passion for mediation started out in community stakeholder, peace and labour mediation with ACCORD and the IEC. This passion has grown to also include the broad ambit of commercial and environmental mediation (UCT Commercial Mediation Certificate).

Her SMME consultancy focuses on driving an organisation’s goals and values to owners and employees alike.
Saaliegah was a part-time lecturer and Guest Evaluator at UCT and is currently writing a biography. She embraces the core values of integrity, innovation, and growth and is committed to SA’s ongoing transformation.

She has an insatiable passion for Languages. She speaks (and studied): English, Afrikaans, (Xhosa and Mandarin). She is currently learning Korean.
