Nthabiseng Mokoena loves law and being of service to the South African public.
Mokoena has spent most of her working life as a prosecutor in the Department of Justice, doing her bit to maintain law and order in South Africa’s constitutional democracy.
Her work includes being employed at the National Prosecutions Authority where she served in the Sexual Offences and Community Affairs unit as a sexual offences prosecutor. She then worked as a regional court prosecutor in Soweto and was soon promoted to the senior public prosecutor of the Magistrates Court in Soweto.
She has also worked for private law firms and had a stint in a legal division in the corporate world. She holds a B-Proc from the University of Fort Hare and an LLB Degree from the University of Witwatersrand.
